Oilers recall Georges Laraque from Hamilton

The Edmonton Oilers recalled Right Winger Georges Laraque from their Hamilton Bulldogs AHL affiliate yesterday. Laraque graduated from the Quebec Junior League and has played for the Bulldogs for the past 3 seasons where he has been a fan favorite. The Oilers picked Gorgeous Georges 31st overall in the 1995 draft. In 1997-98 he racked up 154 PIM in 46 AHL games, while adding 10 goals.
